اللَّهُمَّ هَذِهِ عَقِيقَةُ ابْنَتِي/ابْنِي، وَهِيَ تَذْهَبُ إِلَيْكَ وَتَقْطَعُ رَأْسَهَا كَمَا قَطَعْتَ رَأْسَهَا، وَتُخْلِصُهَا لَكَ وَتَقَطَعُ عَنْهَا وَلَدَهَا، وَتُخْلِصُهُ لَكَ وَتُخْلِصُهُ لَكَ.

"O Allah, this is the Aqeeqah of my daughter/son, and it is going to You, and its head is being shaved as You have commanded, and I offer it for Your pleasure and to save my child from the Hellfire and to save it from the punishment of the Hellfire."
