It was a wonderful day when she walked by
Hair in one and glasses sit on her face so fine
She walked with such poise and mystery
As I sat there waiting on a ride
She looked in my direction and decided to say hi
We exchanged names and she left with a smile
It left me there pondering, she noticed me wow
I anticipated the day we would sit and have conversation
Finding every opportunity to validate my assumption
That maybe she was the one
Who would challenge my growth
