To give me a name

The content of the card
In a safe lair I did reside,
Till nature called upon me with glowing pride,
I arrived with much fanfare - The Firstborn,
To uplift my parents - whose lives I now adorn.
To give me a name, my parents did decide,
In the presence of elders at my side.
